The hotel's decoration was charming and cozy, with beautiful rustic touches that made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-maintained and easily accessible for senior people like myself, with wide hallways and comfortable seating areas where I could relax and take in the lovely surroundings.
I would have loved if the children working there could organize more special activities for senior guests, such as guided nature walks or gentle exercise classes.

The location adjacent to the Wilderness
The room was marginal in its layout and amentities.

Very cozy atmosphere, great location near to Flinders Chase. Ecological and sustainable retreat, great! Fits even to the budget of backpacker but is a lot better than backerpacker places usually!
The only place to get food in the evening is the restaurant in the same premises. The food there is a bit overpriced and too "fancy" when there is no competition nearby. And: is feeding the wallabies a sustainable solution?

We loved our stay at this wilderness retreat! The location was perfect, very close to the national park, with no stores around – it was all so wild and remote! The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were excellent. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the lovely outside deck. The staff were helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
Couldn't find any faults at all. The stay was simply perfect!

for baby bed extra 20 dollar for each day, very expensive, everything is close after 7pm, only for rich people in honey moon

Beautiful location near National Park. Upgraded unit with king bed. Crisp white linen and fluffy towels. Very nice food at the restaurant. Friendly and accommodating staff. Clean and tidy rooms. Pristine natural environment. Unexpected cleaning during our stay.
Nothing, it was perfect.

Very close to Flinders Chase Park and Koala Walk. Kangaroos and wallabies within the hotel garden

It is conveniently located near Flinders Chase National Park. The hotel is set in bushland and very tranquil. But the best part was the Tammar wallabies that came each night to the courtyard to be fed - that was magical!
Wish there were more dining options.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, considering the great location and comfortable rooms. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay enjoyable. The hotel's proximity to nature and the presence of wildlife added a unique charm.
The breakfast selection could be improved with a wider variety of options.

Very friendly staff - best location to visit Flinders Range Nationalpark.
A bit expensive in comparison to other hotels, but very nice location.

Good location to stay and tour the Southern end of kangaroo Island. After paying for upgrade to Courtyard Suite on second night, enjoyed the much improved comfort of Suite including limited TV coverage.
My mistake for booking Eco Lodge Room with no TV, to watch the World Cup Opening.

Nestled in the heart of nature, this location allows for great hikes, close encounters with wildlife and a peaceful atmosphere. the restaurant, conveniently located on the property, offers quality food and beverages. A definite perk: the next store is for sure 50km away, ensuring serenity and privacy.
The musty smell and dated decor that linger in the old rooms can be quite unpleasant.

Bush location, can eat dinner from restaurant at your room on the balcony, wildlife come up to you, local bushwalking tracks, eco-friendly, good staff, great restaurant
access to utensils and kitchen items and a kitchen as it is too far to town and the only choice is the restauarant or bbq

Restaurant staff great house keeping staff great but front desk staff need a bit of training
We could hear our neighbours snoring and felt the front staff did not relate well to us as their customers
